I started again an intense program of training, I usually spend around 8h/ day sitting so the program mainly involves exercises with legs, spinning, lifting joints that I don’t move to much during the day. The main thing is to heat your body, and increase your heart rate.
Observe the levels of pain and increase the exercises when you feel the pain is about to start. Take a break bend, take the stairs up and down. MOVE TO LIVE!
Lately I didn’t have enough sleep, looks like has no relation with the pain, moreover when you didn’t had sleep this means you moved more during the day.
I will put that in the observations. maybe it will be nice to split the sleep time in two parts and plan a 15 min workout.
