Pain ease tips

These tips are related to the observations page.

  1. Increase heart rate before sleep by drinking some wine.
  2. Do a hot/cold shower in the morning.
  3. Drink two cups of 350 ml each per day of black tea, yorkshire tea or twinings.
  4. Don’t eat sandwiches, pancakes or anything that has the base in flour.
