Over more then 7 years ago I started to experiment with my body to find out things that could ease my pain. I found out that each diet that you can find on internet regarding this disease is not something that could guarantee to heal or to reduce to a minimum pain. Some diets could have helped some people. But it didn’t work for me.
Actually, I think there is a way. Our body reacts to an input that could be sleep, physical exercise and food.
I consider that the state of mind is also important but I will not speak about it at the moment, the simple reason is that having pain requires a certain kind of training in order to see the bright side.
So I will start log all of these 3 indicators (sleep, exercise, food) and change them according to the disease characteristics.
